SECTION 1 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS INFORMATION
Our return policy is that we will not be able to refund when you placed and paid for custom orders ONLY, because each prepared order is individual, with very specific customer requirements. Therefore, we ask for thoughtful shopping.

Our working hours are 9 am – 16:30 pm, Monday to Friday. If no one is available, please leave a message with your order number and your contact number, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. The cost of returning the goods to us will be your responsibility, and we will not be able to refund our original postage charges.
We make every effort to ensure our labels arrive in pristine condition. We prepare our clients’ products to ensure proper protection during shipment; however, you must obtain our prior authorisation by email, post, or phone before returning any faulty products for a refund or replacement.
Please remember that while the goods are in your possession, they are your responsibility, and the ownership does not pass to you until they are paid for in full.
SECTION 2 – REFUNDS
For Blank Labels & pre-printed labels only (all pre-printed labels are here). If you change your mind about an item and would like to return it, you will need to return the item to us within 14 days from delivery in perfect resaleable condition, still in original packaging.
Before returning, please contact us stating the reason for the return, and we will issue a return number. We will refund you the full price of the item minus a 30% restocking AND REMARKETING charge. Payment of any outward surcharges and delivery charges for returning items is non-refundable. You remain responsible for returned goods until they reach us, and we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be credited. Similarly, any goods found to have been used will not be refunded.
Please note, Self-adhesive Custom Blank and Colour Custom Labels – orders are NOT returnable. Order is individual, with very specific customer requirements and is non-refundable.
SECTION 3 – ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT OR FOUND TO BE FAULTY
When your parcel arrives, please check it carefully for any damage. If the item has arrived damaged, please document it by taking pictures as soon as possible. Please contact us immediately and no later than 24 hours after receiving the parcel, and clearly specify which parts of the item are damaged.
If you find an item to be faulty, please inform us as soon as possible. If more than 3 days have elapsed, we will use our discretion as to whether or not to replace a faulty item.
We settle claims for faulty or damaged items only after you return the goods and clearly describe and document the fault.
Lucky-labels do not replace goods returned incomplete, including missing packaging or accessories. We also do not replace goods that show signs of use.
PLEASE NOTE:
If your labels do not match the print proof you approved, please contact us as soon as possible. You must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please email clear photographs along with a detailed description of the issue to info@lucky-labels.co.uk. If we confirm that we printed the labels incorrectly and the error is our responsibility, we will reprint the affected labels within a maximum of 14 working days.
