Popular Questions
Order
Is there an order minimum?
The most profitable are larger circulations. The cost of setting up the production is the same for small and large orders, so it will be less noticeable (spread over more labels). For minimum order, is 50 qty labels. However, we are more than happy to help with smaller numbers of labels.
What’s your return policy?
After you are happy with the quotation and place an order, there is no return. In unlike case the order will be incorrect we prepare new order, or we issue a new corrective invoice.
What are the artwork upload guidelines for custom printed labels?
Ideally, the submitted projects should be in curves, ai, and pdf open. We use CMYK colours, but also the Pantone Colour Code.
Will someone review my artwork before my labels are printed?
Our custom printing experts review each piece of submitted artwork prior to production for obvious concerns associated with placement, bleed and resolution. If we discover any issues with your submitted artwork, we'll contact you immediately with details and suggested actions to avoid delays on your order.
What’s a die cut?
The term "die cut" is used to describe the process of cutting shapes from paper and other materials. We place a die cutter on our machines and run it over uncut label paper. The resulting labels have shapes cut into them that correspond to the shape of the die.
This means that the die line is the physical border of your label. You should design your label with the assumption that nothing outside the die line will print or remain on the label once it's peeled up from the liner.
What are the differences between thermal transfer, direct thermal?
Thermal transfer printers utilize a thermal printhead to apply heat to a wax or resin-based ribbon. The ribbon ink is absorbed into the label material, creating a durable image that is ideal for applications requiring a longer-than-average shelf life.
Direct thermal printers use a thermal print-head as well but do not require a printing ribbon. Instead, the chemically treated label material blackens when it comes into contact with the hot print head, creating your image without the need for ink, ribbons, or toner. The resulting print is less durable, however, it's ideal for short shelf-life applications.
What kind of quality can I expect from your labels?
We use high-quality materials that have been thoroughly tested in-house.
Payment & Processing
Can I change or cancel an order once it has been placed?
You can change your mind or cancel the order, but preferably as soon as possible after placing it, before the raw material and tools are ordered by us. Once that is ordered we are unable to cancel it, and unfortunately, we have to charge you.
How do I review or pay invoices?
An invoice will be sent to your email address after you accept the quote.
Can I have my order sent COD?
COD (cash on delivery) is not an available option at this time. We recommend a payment gate as an alternative to COD.

Paypal, payment gate Stripe - for master and Visa cards or Bank transfers.
